SUBMISSIONS

You are encouraged to read carefully the submission information before you submit your contribution.

Submission steps

  • Create an “EasyAcademia” account through www.easyacademia.org
  • Activate your account by clicking on the activation link sent to your email.
    Note: Please check your Spam folder if you have not received the email within a few minutes.
  • Log into http://www.easyacademia.org/ecp2025 using the login details you provided at the beginning.
  • Click on Start a new submission on the top right to enter the submission process.

Guidelines:

Important: Options you select or information you input in the submission steps are only temporarily saved, please visit the final Summary step and submit otherwise the information may be lost. Oral Presentation

Steps

  • Please click on Start a new submission on the top right to enter the submission process.
  • Select Track: (one of the thematic tracks – https://ecp2025.eu/thematic-tracks/) 
  • Select Format Oral Presentation
  • Please enter the title of the paper (max. 20 words)
  • Write/paste in the box your abstract (max 300 words).
  • Keywords: Indicate keywords (3 maximum) that describe the paper.
  • Under Authors please input details for each author of the paper. At least one author must be marked as presenter and / or correspondent . Note: Only authors marked as correspondents will receive updates and information regarding the submission.
  • Under Topics please indicate the topic most relevant to your submission.
  • Under Summary you may check the details of the submission. If you wish to go back to a section in order to change details, just click on the appropriate step on the left.
  • If you are happy with the summary information, please click on Submit Now to finalize the process, and a notification e-mail will be sent to the correspondents.

Spotlight Presentation

Steps

  • Please click on Start a new submission on the top right to enter the submission process.
  • Select Track: (one of the thematic tracks – https://ecp2025.eu/thematic-tracks/) 
  • Select Format Spotlight Presentation
  • Please enter the title of the paper (max. 20 words)
  • Write/paste in the box your abstract (max 300 words).
  • Keywords: Indicate keywords (3 maximum) that describe the paper.
  • Under Authors please input details for each author of the paper. At least one author must be marked as presenter and / or correspondent . Note: Only authors marked as correspondents will receive updates and information regarding the submission.

Symposium

Steps

  • Select Track: (one of the thematic tracks – https://ecp2025.eu/thematic-tracks/) 
  • Select Format Symposium
  • Please enter the title of the paper (max. 20 words)
  • Write/paste in the box your abstract (max 300 words).
  • Keywords: Indicate keywords (3 maximum) that describe the paper.
  • Under Contributors please input details of the chairperson/convenor, discussant and the presenter of each paper included in the symposium. At least one author must be marked as presenter and / or correspondent . Note: Only authors marked as correspondents will receive updates and information regarding the submission.
  • Under Topics please indicate the topic most relevant to your submission.
  • In Attachment step, please upload a file (Word or Pdf) that includes the title, abstracts, authors (name, affiliation and email) of the symposium individual papers. 
  • Under Summary you may check the details of the submission. If you wish to go back to a section in order to change details, just click on the appropriate step on the left.
  • If you are happy with the summary information, please click on Submit Now to finalize the process, and a notification e-mail will be sent to the correspondents.

Electronic poster

Steps

  • Please click on Start a new submission on the top right to enter the submission process.
  • Select Track: (one of the thematic tracks – https://ecp2025.eu/thematic-tracks/) 
  • Select Format Electronic poster
  • Please enter the title of the paper (max. 20 words)
  • Write/paste in the box your abstract (max 300 words).
  • Keywords: Indicate keywords (3 maximum) that describe the paper.
  • Under Authors please input details for each author of the paper. At least one author must be marked as presenter and / or correspondent . Note: Only authors marked as correspondents will receive updates and information regarding the submission.

  • Under Contributors please input details for each discussant/presenter and chair. At least one author must be marked as presenter and / or correspondent . Note: Only authors marked as correspondents will receive updates and information regarding the submission.

Workshop

  • Please enter the title of the paper (max. 20 words)
  • Write/paste in the box your abstract (max 300 words).
  • Keywords: Indicate keywords (3 maximum) that describe the paper.
  • Under Facilitators please input details for each author of the paper. At least one author must be marked as presenter and / or correspondent . Note: Only authors marked as correspondents will receive updates and information regarding the submission.
  • Under Topics please indicate the topic most relevant to your submission.
  • Under Summary you may check the details of the submission. If you wish to go back to a section in order to change details, just click on the appropriate step on the left.
