The Cyprus Psychologists Association (CyPSA), as organisers of the European Congress of Psychology (ECP) 2025, have appointed EasyConferences (referred to as EC) to provide event management services for the ECP 2025. These services include but are not limited to the website production and maintenance, financial management, event logistics, coordination of speakers and delegates, coordination of sponsorship and exhibition, data management and processing.

This statement sets out our privacy policy and how we may use any data provided by you to us. ECP 2025 is run by EasyConferences Ltd. We value transparency, openness and fairness and this policy aims to clearly set out what we will do with any information you provide us. Our focus is always on keeping your Personal Data secure.
By providing your Personal Data direct to us, for example by registering to receive an e-newsletter or other service, EC will act as both controller and processor of your Personal Data and you acknowledge and agree that your Personal Data may be shared between and/or processed by any member of EC, and that we may, on request from CyPSA also share your Personal Data only with CyPSA who will process your Personal Data in line with their own policies.
