REGISTRATION

Registrations will be done online through www.easyconferences.org. Participants may pay instantly using their credit card (VISA/MASTERCARD), or by bank transfer. A one-stop-shop software is used for the whole registration process, www.easyconferences.org. The whole process is very easy to use, it is totally secure and can be completed in a few minutes. Please note that participants may not only register for the conference through www.easyconferences.org, but they can also book their accommodation, airport transfers, car hire, etc. All additional services are offered at specially negotiated conference rates. 

Please note that the software provides participants with the possibility to complete the registration process in steps/periodically; participants may register for the conference and return later to book further services like accommodation, taxi transfers, etc (subject to availability). The system will accept unlimited changes/updates up to the closing of the online registration process before the start of the conference.

Registration Fees

Registration fees include: Access to all Conference Scientific Sessions, Daily Coffee Breaks, Daily Lunches, Welcome Reception, & Conference Social. 

Accompanying Person Package includes the Welcome Reception & Conference Social. 

* Proof of EFPA/CyPsA current member association membership proof should be sent to: info@easyconferences.eu

** The Student fee is only applicable for students at university/college level who have not finished their degree yet (Bachelors, Masters, or Doctoral degree). A student ID or a certificate confirming the student status at the time of registration signed by the Head/Chair of the Department or Director of Doctoral Studies is required to be sent to: info@easyconferences.eu 

Please note that after careful consideration, student participants will only be permitted to comprise up to 30% of total number of congress attendees. Priority will be given to students whose work has been accepted for presentation during the congress.

Please note: At a meeting of EFPA’s General Assembly in June 2022, member associations took the unanimous decision to expel the Russian Psychological Society from EFPA. As a result of this decision, we regret that we are unable to accept submissions or registrations for ECP 2025 from colleagues working for or affiliated with Russian institutions.
