CALL FOR REVIEWERS

The European Congress of Psychology (ECP) 2025, scheduled to take place from 1 to 4 July 2025 in the beautiful city of Paphos, Cyprus, is seeking experienced and dedicated reviewers to evaluate submitted abstracts. This prestigious event will bring together leading psychologists, researchers, and practitioners from across Europe and beyond to share their latest findings and insights.

We hope that ECP 2025 will be an exciting conference with contributions representing the methodological rigour and the potential of psychology to make the world a better place. The quality of the Scientific Programme of ECP 2025 is dependent upon the expertise and commitment of the team of abstract reviewers. Reviewer Responsibilities

Reviewers will be required to assess abstracts based on the following elements:

  • Clarity of formulation and conceptualization: The abstract should clearly articulate the research question and theoretical framework.
  • Originality: The submission should present novel ideas or approaches.
  • Adequacy of Methods: The research methods should be appropriate and robust.
  • Appropriateness of interpretations: The conclusions should logically follow from the data and analysis.
  • Fit with conference theme: The abstract should align with the overarching theme of the conference.
  • Quality of writing: The submission should be well-written and free of errors.
  • Contribution to the Field: The work should offer significant theoretical and/or practical insights.

Eligibility for Reviewers

  • Possess or currently studying for a Ph.D. or equivalent in psychology or a related discipline
  • Have experience in academic publishing and/or reviewing
  • Demonstrate expertise in the subject matter of the conference

Reviewer Responsibilities

  • Review assigned abstracts in the rolling review process between November 2024 and March 2025.
  • Consider manuscripts reviewed as confidential documents
  • Offer constructive review comments
  • Return the review within two weeks

Review process

Reviews will be carried using the online conference paper submission system on a rolling basis. Reviewers will be requested to return their reviews within two week.
